Awesome Command Line is a free and open source project to empower everyone with the command line application available on all computers. The project will include a downloadable guide book and a video series that walk you through 21 essential commands chapter by chapter. The 8-week mini-series kicks off the project by familiarizing you with the fundamental command line concepts that are needed for building your next great idea, or for supercharging your daily computing workflow.

Get Started

Prepare for the Eight-Week Mini-Series calls by getting your computer terminal application set up on Mac, Linux, or Windows. Download the PDF instructions for your system.

Setup instructions are also in Chapter One. You can download it or read it here below. In our first call, we'll learn the fundamentals of the command line and the concepts needed to get you going. See you Thursdays!
